So much to catch up on

I have been out of it for a while so much to catch up on so here we go...

Newest obsession (thanks Steph) TWILIGHT...

Never thought I would get into this but I won the book and dvd here at work and started the first book Sunday. Holy cow is it addicting. Jill and Steph, I completely understand now. I love it...I am to the part where she figures out he is a Vampire! I can't wait to see what happens next. I have a ways to go though!

This weekend - went to STL to Lumiere place (newest casino there) and tore it up! Made 550 off 40 bucks! YAHOO!!! This place was amazing. Reminded me of VEGAS...it was the same style and everything. Went to the ADMIRAL...yuck. What a run down hole in the wall! I couldn't believe the amount of people in there! Sunday went to the AMERISTAR~! Loved it too. Stayed at the HYATT and paid 40bucks for the most beautiful room ever! It was great. The weather sucked but the money we won made up for it.

Claire - Is doing so good going to the potty. She has gone #2 several times! Right now she is dealing with "night terrors"? Never heard of these but she wakes up in the middle of the night and screams bloody murder but is not awake. She will sit up in bed and scream until we wake her up, then she goes right back to sleep.

Diet - I am down 8 lbs...I started a contest here at work that I have to loose 2lbs a week for 4 weeks or I don't get my money back that I paid in - YIKES - better buckle down. I have spin class twice this week so that will help!

Landscaping is going great!!! I planted all our stuff inside first in those little "in home" greenhouses. For all of you who kill plants like I do...this is the bomb!!! You start your seed in this little tray and you let them grow for a couple weeks then plant outside. We have so many sprouts already...Even watermelons (these are for JILL M)...and I planted some cucumber lemons (these are for Zoey) I will try to get a pick of them online soon

HOT MAMA

Okay, so mom and I spent all day yesterday changing bulbs in the new pink beds...hot mama. I went 10 minutes and I felt like I spent a day at the beach. It was awesome though, the glow of the pink and Mango tan lotion. All I needed was a Miami Vice (Dora and Jill!!) and I would have been in heaven!

Kelly Clarkson's performance last night has been gratley raved about. (Type it in on google and see what you get) The hype is...is she prego? Because her appearance is much more different than before. If anyone took offense to the weight gain I pointed out to Kelly that I posted previously, I apologize...I guess I should have worded that different.

Kelly Clarkson performed on last night's American Idol, and while she sounded great it wasn't her voice that's got everyone talking. The internet was buzzing with rumors that the singer is pregnant, pointing out her weight gain and what appeared to be a baby bump. Clarkson performed, "My Life Would Suck Without You," and I'm sure tongues were wagging that she was singing the song to her unborn child. Of course, Clarkson has been widely quoted lately as saying she has "no desire" to have children and that she "would not be a good mother." But haven't we heard that from celebrities before, and the next thing you know they're picking out cribs at Petit Trésor? Anyone who wants to tan for free (once of course) can go see my mom and tell her you saw her pink bulbs on her blog and she will let you have a free tan!!!! Then you can be lobsterfied like me...but it wasn't those bulbs that did it!!!

Body Styles

My mom owns the gym up town and I think everyone is catching on to the food bank that is bringing food up there for super cheap. She receives anything from bread, to lettuce, to bagels, etc. Anyone who has been up there know how nice it is especially in times like this. Sunburn

So I think the tanning business industry is picking up dramatically right now. Everyone wants a tan for the capris they are about to bust out. So I am a faithful tanner and for all of you who know me I rarely burn. Yesterday I went to the tanning bed...and got lobsterfied. I have been tanning for over a week and did nothing different that I normally do (and no they are not new bulbs) I am miserable. I am so red and I have taken tylenol and motrin faithfully every 4 hours and its not better...does anyone have any ideas?No this is not me! LOL

Rainbow Bridge

As some of you have already heard, we have had no choice but to put our English Bulldog Kaitly "Hog" down. It was a very sad week in the Collins house but she is now at rest in her grave between 2 beautiful shade trees buried with her Harley collar that she loved and wore so well and her toys. I loved her so much and she will be missed by all!!! A good friend of mine sent me a letter about Rainbow Bridge. I am so in love with this that we are having a hard copy made and put on her burial site. Enjoy!
