Went fishing all day with the fam...Ray...caught the biggest....never will let it go!

Claire with Apple

Claire and I spent the afternoon out at my mom's. She has an apple tree and Claire picked her apple and tore it up! She was so in to trying to eat that darn thing. She put all she could into it and let me tell ya! It was sour!!! She didn't care.

Cedar Rapids

Wow...what a long trip, for all of you who doesn't know, I had to go to Cedar Rapids for a whole week. Away from Claire and everone. It was hard but I got to see my BFF Steph!

It was so fun! Glad to be back.

Chris's Toys

We has two really large trees that needed cut down because of the damamge they constantly caused to our property. It was pretty funny one day when Chris comes in the house and hollers for me to come outside. It was hard telling what he could have possibly wanted so this is what I found!

Flat Wallets

My Mother is now in love with my blog! She thinks it is the coolest thing so to show her how it works, I decided that I would put her flat wallets that she sells on here. These are the fall colors and she will order what you want if she does not have them in stock. It takes a little while to get them in but they are super cute. They are 20.00 for the big ones and 15.00 for the small ones. If you want more information let me know or check out mom's blog when I get it set up for her!

Book Party

I had an Usborne book party last night and I will tell you what, what a crazy house. My child loves books and therefore though it would be okay to take all the books from the stand that she wanted! It was a good night though! My sister in law Cheryl and the ever so popluar in our house, KK...was there to help with Claire. My other Fav SIS N LAW - Jill Michl, did not come because of her family stopping by, but I know she will make it up to me!!! Love her! Thank you to KK for help with my little one! KK said...Don't put me on your blog...I told her too bad! Jill, I will get you and Zoe Bug on here one day too! Why must all things end up on the head?

My little angel, I went to check on her in the tub and I sneak in there (cause who knows what she will be doing...) and I see her playing around with a bowl on her head! AWESOME! So she posed and I took a picture. I get her out and dry off and sit her at the table for a little fruit bowl, there it goes, bowl on head! I do not understand the concept of this. If someone know why, let me know so I can understand that she is normal! LOL!

Ears Pierced

Steph Root was home and we decided to go shopping and at the mall I told her "hey" lets get Claire's ears pierced and like a champ we took her and Steph entertained her while I held her down. I think it was more of the holding down than it was the piercing! They turned out very cute! Jaiden is next!!

Hello...

Okay, all of my friends have blogs and I find myself on my brakes at work, lunch, or even when I get home, logging on to the net to see who has posted what so I decided to try this out to see what happens when I make my own. As you all know I am a mother to litte Claire Collins and she is just a little piece of heaven. She is so much like me that it is very amusing to constantly compare. My husband Chris works at Ameren on the ever so wonderful swing shift that does not mesh with our lives at all but we survive it. So I decided that on the nights he is either at work or the days when he is sleeping, this will be kind of fun. I am not good at the decorations or all that fun stuff but I will learn as I go so if you have any tips, let me know! One thing that I am looking forward to is VIVA! Las Vegas with the Root family on Sept 12th!!!! If there are things that you think we definatley need to scope out, let me know!!!
